I have lost my atm card and i have blocked it by calling call centre and i have requested for a new card from the bank still its not processed and no information from the bank too i dont know what to do . I wasted more than hours for applying the card in bank the staffs are dump cause they no one care about peoples standing in long queues they simply giggling and entertaining with the co workers better pl skip this bank pl peoples waste of time money too

No one bothered about the customer. Cash counter manager is not at the counter. If it's a lunch break then they have to inform at least with a notification board. Very old lady was waiting for a long time still the nearby counter staffs only looks after the customer who comes only with the token.

Very slowest bank in India.... Very worst service... I am waiting for the q because I pay my account but another person will go the directly to the cash counter help the security guard..

Very bad service no respond properly

Earlier it was one of the best banks. But from last 5 years, this branch has become the worst. First of all the officers should learn how to treat customers. They don't even know basic manners. They just keep you waiting and after a while they ask what, not to solve your problems, except to send you to some other counter. Some of them are not in their seats. We can see few in the opposite hotel having tea, while on work. We have to wait like dogs for them to return. Very callous attitude. All my family had several accounts and deposits. But closed all accounts and shifted to private bank. There are also electronic machines for cheque depositing, cash depositing, cash disposing, and passbook printing. But it won't work. Always repair. Really pathetic. This branch is one of the worst one. Alternatively if you see the Uco bank in ooty, you can see them working hard, till late. Both are public sector banks, but why SBI has become worse. That too this particular branch, one of the worst.
