I don’t think that most of these reviews are true , because for my marriage I booked with them . That is about 3 months before the marriage I asked for two different makeup and hairstyles for marriage and reception. Because my marriage attire was white gown and reception attire was colourful one . I asked for a hair Updo for my wedding gown and wavy side partition hairstyle with hair extensions of medium length and also I insisted that I need fake eye lashes. I visited three times the salon to discuss about my preferences apart from my other grooming sessions like regular facials waxing threading , pedicure and manicure and also I booked for the special bridal package . Whenever I visited the manager would say that everything is ready for the marriage. All the other visits were perfect I had noproblem . But on the day of my marriage the makeup artist did a horrible job first she failed to bring the right shade of the foundation which does not match my skin tone and turned my skin colour to yellowish then the lashes which she brought was another disaster, then the lipstick I asked was red since it would complement both my complexion and the white attire she decided on her own to give pinkish purple lipstick. Then for updo she was going to fix some decor which would never go with it , thank God I refused and went without any , then she did not even know how to fix my crown but did it some how but that did not last longer it was sliding during my marriage ceremony and I was in tension thinking when it would slide out completely, then atlast my marriage got over. Then for the reception she said that the extension that she brought could not be curled and then she came with another clip in hair extension that I totally hate but since I had no other go I have to accept. Then however my big day got over but still it hurts me whenever I see my marriage pics . So guys please be aware . I think they are good in regular services but not for bridal makeup. I would never ever advise any friends to visit this salon again.

Hi...i am pavithra.Actually I have skin problem so I came to SMARTLOOK which belongs to VCARE.Before coming here u felt very bad to see my face bcz my face was fully tan and it was black .After taking treatment here I found the changes in the 2nd sitting itself and this gave me confidence to face all the fair persons and talk boldly.THANKS TO SMARTLOOK
