Been here for the delivery. First 2 days the experience was fantastic. Very professional and courteous staff. Nurses and doctors were very helpful throughout. All the needs for baby and mother were taken good care of.I would have rated 5 stars.. Would recommend to everyone.

The hospital is good. The Dr. Ajay Reedy is a very good doctor, very understanding, was able to understand and explain the problem well to the patient.nHe is able to communicate English very well with the patient.nOn every visit , he was able to understanding the challenges the patient was explaining and he gave medication appropriately.nI feel that I got the right and best doctor!nGod bless Dr. Ajay Reedy

Visited the Hospital for the first time & had an excellent experience coming over here. The ambience, environment, hospitality of the working staffs, service & of course the quality is incomparable. There are Big names of Health Care Professionals having National as well as International fame available here with round the clock dedicated service. Overall had a satisfactory experience after the first visit only. May the Institute prosper higher ...

The medical treatment was good and doctors and nursing staff is good . Hospital is neat and clean and staffs are courteous.. This was the worst experience during admission. Had to wait for 6 hours with very unprofessional emergency staff. There was not clarity on tariff and process.. Later post sharing feedback, I have received immediate response from operational head and Emergency management head and being assured that issues and emergency processes are streamlined to have more better experiences for patients getting admitted..nCitizens Hospital is one of the best Hospitals in Hyderabad.

Had to visit for some tests for the 'rent. The recommended doctor was fantastic. She was patient, listened and then clarified our questions.nShe, also, had the usual suggestions of basic food control and exercise.nThe support staff was surprisingly helpful and courteous.nThe processing could be streamlined, but we all know how it can easily become a herculean task.
