I had a very good normal delivery in this hospital by jasmin rath madam....she was really very cool doctor and I and my family members loved the hospital which was very clean and neat...staff also responded greatly

I appreciate the way they have figured out to get above 4 point stars. I visited recently with my wife but didn't introduce ourselves at the reception and acted as patient. As there were other patients before us too. I am a Dr too, PhD in my field practicing for past 9-10 yrs. I too have waitings for my patients which I regret for. But I make sure not to call all of them at a time and maintain my reception crowded just because the patient would go somewhere else, as they too have urgency with their ailments and other family commitments. Its a place where pregnant women are told On phone that there will be waiting for 1 hr. And when they reach in time, they are shamelessly made to wait for 2-3 hrs. To reduce the cost of service, regardless the patient is 2 months pregnant or 8 months pregnant, thirsty for hours or hungry, they will still have minimum possible Drs for check-ups and ultrasound. Say like 1 for 30. Of course if your pregnant wives n daughters can take stairs (as lifts are considered risky in the COVID era), they have a left over space with a table and chair which is named Canteen, if you wish to pay 3 times more than regular cafeteria for items as simple as buttermilk. Charges for medical services are obviously 6-7 times more than a regular maternity clinic. Which is obvious as you get to visit a neat n clean ambience with sophisticated interior rented in one of the costliest place of the city. But I wish they could spend some more budget in a proper management system (which would equally consider the needs and pain of the patient n their families as how they consider the business cash flow) and recruiting more good Drs. Need not mention, if you send your baby with a maid servant in a BMW for vaccination, you'll be served immediately for the courtesy sake. Eyewitness. Hats off to their Drs (Genuinely good Drs) for whom I would like to add at-least 1 star for the clinic. Otherwise do not expect even one after keeping my pregnant wife and other similar patients waiting for hours hungry when that could be avoided.
