TELANGANA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND RESEARCH - (TIMS)

They didn't give us any proper information. That staff didn't responded properly. My dad spoke to us on 14th Sept around 4:30pm on video call with us. He was very active and he said he is doing good and informed he might get discharged within 2 to 3 days... He passed away on the same day, they didn't even informed me on the same day, I visited the hospital on the very next day afternoon, then they informed me. I never expected this kind of bad service and you people don't care patients at all. It's a big loss to my complete family, everyone fallen sick. You people played with us and I spoke to one of the doctors, he was very harsh and arrogant to me on call... That's a complete injustice from you people.. I hate TIMS to the core. You people doesn't know the Human values until n unless it happens to your own family and loved one's.

My mother aged 72 got discharged from here after undergoing treatment for covid 19 for 6 days. I must a say far better than so called Corporate hospitals.nSTAFF AND AMBIENCE:Both medical and supporting staff are very much polite, cooperative and understanding. It is completely different kind of covid hospital with good infrastructure and well maintained. Peaceful, calm and green atmosphere is another feather in the cap for this hospital. Tips to staff which usually witnessed in govt. hospitals is not witnessed here. MAY GOD BLESS THE STAFF FOR THEIR SERVICE.nADMISSION PROCESS is hassle free. You need to carry only covid positive report soft/hard copy and original Aadhar card. That's it, you are done.nFOOD: I heard that Govt. paying 250/patient to agency. They are providing Good breakfast, tea, Lunch and Dinner with few dry fruits. Daily egg and few chicken pieces are given, which I feel is more than enough.nTREATMENT: As far as treatment is concerned it is well suited to moderately severe cases only in my opinion.nCONS: No provision for hot drinking water which is usually recommended for patients. No proper blankets (better patients themselves bring their own). You will not get any updates through reception about treatment, better you provide own mobile phone to your patient.nTHANKS TO THE TELANGANA GOVERNMENT FOR CREATING A GOOD MEDICAL FACILITY. I ADVICE OTHERS TO PREFER THIS HOSPITAL RATHER THAN CORPORATE HOSPITAL. YOU NEED NOT PAY EVEN A SINGLE PENNY HERE.

Comparing to other government hospitals it is maintained very hygienic, room will sanitize twice a day and daily once doctors will visit and nurses will check BP, PULSE and oxygen levels daily 2 times and patient care also helps you to get things from out side also.nnComming to the treatment, lot of beds with ventilators, they will treat according to the condition of the patient, for every bed they have arranged oxygen facility too.nnVeg and non veg food, tea and small pack of dry fruits are providing to patients.

It was wonderful being in Quarantine at T.I.M.S as they have taken care of one in a better manner with zero cost , properly medications, provided good food,3 hour a checkup with ambient rooms and attached Washrooms ,2 people/room,mineral water and separate lockers are provided per each room. Thanks to the Telangana Governement for taking care of Citizens with good amenities after being tested Positive for Covid-19

Not at all a good place for treatment of covid- 19 patients. Government cannot be so irresponsible. Food is not at all good . NO PROPER DIAGNOSIS OF THE PATIENT. Only positive thing about the hospital is, nurses are caring and hygiene is very well maintained. Hot water and blankets were not provided for the patients even in such cool climatic conditions. Government of telangana has to take good steps to improvise their hospitals.
