My aunt was getting sore throat, so called up and taken appointment. They asked to come by 5 pm. Reached in time, after paying the consulting fees they called the ENT specialist who came at 6:10, when the patient almost got fed up and asked for refund. Nonetheless, the moment doctor came in without even getting to know the symptoms and history concluded it is Covid-19 and immediately go for RT-PCR followed by the CT Scan. Without inspecting nasal canal or seeing any swelling inside ear pinna asked to go for Covid confirmation.nnIs this a good practice?nnIf they have a policy to call specialist after receiving money of consultation they should tell directly, why to make sr. citizens wait?nnStrongly suggest unless in patient care is needed better to visit individual clinic.nnHow much ever to write on such compulsive arrogancy which a coin person has to go through is less only.nnAunt is fine, she self quarantined and with medication did well. She was tested negative and still followed isolation and continued with medication from general physician.nnMedical science shall have empathy else it is as good as vehicle repairing centre.

Worst hospital. Irresponsible people at reception, don't know how to give proper response. Makes us to wait for hours . Won't give you any proper answer.

Worst hospital in madinagudanThey r only doing business with patients and they were collecting the amount unnecessarilynMy suggestion plz plz don’t join COVID patients in this hospital
