We recently lost our daughter and used the services of Drinkwine Family Mortuary. We had an A+ experience from start to finish. Jill Drinkwine was incredibly helpful in all aspects of the process. Drinkwine Family mortuary is owned and operated by extremely caring and honest individuals. At a time when your life has been shattered they help families pick up the painful pieces and guide you through the logistics of honoring and caring for your loved one! I have been helping a close friend deal with the horrible tragedy of loosing her young son and Jill Drinkwine has been so patient, kind, helpful, professional and insightful. She genuinely cares about each family she is working with and is so respectful. The viewing and cremation went so much better than we expected. There were several complications in the scenario and Drinkwine really made an extraordinary difference! I would highly recommend them. Heartfelt thank you!

My sister laid her son to rest a couple of years ago. Of course the grief we felt then was immense and yet we knew that we could count on Drinkwine to help us with my mom's plans. They answered our call quickly and picked her up from the memory care facility where she spent her final days. The person who picked her up, gave us time for one last kiss and caress. He was kind, tremendously respectful and professional. The next day, we met with Travis who was beyond attentive. He helped us set up dates for a rosary and of course the service. He arranged for transportation, flowers, deacons and priests, songs, videos, memory folders and of course the death certificate. I never knew so much went into a service, yet Travis had all the I's dotted and T's crossed in no time.nWhen it came time to look at the caskets, he walked us through some options and gently stepped away allowing us time to process. They were never pushy, which is what I had imagined.nThe day of my mom's viewing, was incredible. Jill, arranged my mom's hair beautifully and her makeup was impeccable. I can't thank Drinkwine enough for taking such a huge burden of planning off our plate, but more importantly, they helped with making my mom look peace and beautiful, exactly how I remember her before she got sick. Please consider Drinkwine. It's always lovely supporting a family owned and operated business.

I asked to see my husbands body before he was embalmed and was basically told that I couldn't, even though it's not legally required to embalm them unless they're being transported. My husband was being transported, but not for a couple days after when I wanted to see him. It seemed like the director was hesitant but agreed for me to see him, only to find out that they had embalmed him before I arrived the very next morning. The whole experience seemed more like a factory than a business that deals with families in their most difficult times. Additionally, there was an error with my name on the death certificate.

Our family has used Drinkwine Mortuary services for 5 of our family members over the years and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate us with whatever we needed. We appreciate your kindness during such a hard.hard time.
