They really need to find better office staff who will listen to what you are asking for instead of making assumptions. Everyone there is great aside for Mrs. Moreno, who is never helpful and always too busy listening to herself instead of the other person on the line. She is easily frustrated and very disrespectful.

I quickly lost enthusiasm... I don’t care for the culture...ya might fit in if you gossip... Do not waste your time or money... It is an expensive & dishonest program and not a great learning environment... This field is hard to get into and does not pay well... And I think the school is struggling financially as well; because there have been financial aide discrepancy issues... and other funny changes... the whole experience has left me disappointed with a disgust with the Funeral industry in general (knowing the truth).

My husband attended here and cannot get his transcript. He needs it to attend another college. They are saying he has defaulted on his govt. student loans even though the school itself has been paid 100%. He doesn't owe the school anything. My husband has every intention on paying his loans and that shouldn't stop him from being able to continue at a different school. They won't even give him an unofficial transcript.
