Bad experience. Bad policies. In this tough time of Corona, they agree to return medicine on next order but when delivery happens, delivery person decline to accept return medicine. They want customer to reach the store to return medicines when customer himself ordering medicine to deliver. If a person can come to your store to return medicine, why will he request to deliver? Misguiding behaviour.

Bad. They want me to buy item in cash without bill.lol I asked for bill so he said item is not yet entered so no bill. I said ok then I choose to pay with card and they refused. So I left without buying.

Would have given negative stars if i could!! They don't even know the dose of antibiotics.. give out strong antibiotics of their own accord and not even the mandate amount. On confronting them they misbehave!! Utterly pathetic attitude and even worse knowledge of medicine!!
