Worst customer dealing ever at OwnSpa ! The receptionist doesn't even know how to talk and talks completely illogical. I had won a voucher from MY RJ Geet. When I called for booking appointment, firstly she asked me where did I get it from. I told her I won it from 94.3 FM contest to which she replied "Wo to Apne friends ko aise hi de Dete hain". Woah! Then why are giving those vouchers to them in the first place? Then I asked her to book my appointment to which she said as it's THEIR weekend, so I can't get any time slot booked and will have to come either on Monday or Tuesday. Whereas there nothing mentioned on the voucher as such. Thirdly, when I told to see to it, she refused saying "Aap ko ab yaad aya Hai voucher use krne ka". OK, so now you'll tell me when to book my appointment and when not. Without even listening she hung up my call. Are you serios? If you are so doubtful and insecure, just don't give to the RJs. For general public, Saturday and Sunday are weekend, not Friday-Sunday. If in case it is, why don't you mention it. The voucher was won on 22.04.2019 and its validity is for 3 whole months. I can come whenever it is suitable for me. And that is what others also do. My rj manav RJ MEENAKSHI ON 94.3 MY FM MY RJ Geet RJs just a simple request that don't give their vouchers who don't even trust you. It would be better if we win vouchers and go to places carefree and avail them happily.
