Really horrible experience no proper response. I saw one old lady patient who is suffering with some kind of pain but no doctor visited her for more than 1 hr. Really stupid staff. Even the person who is on gate duty was speaking rudely with patient and attendees.

Excellent hospital with experienced doc's, non of doc's in kmr will take my case. Glad that the doc's of Jaya hospital did emergency treatment..
