Was much better before Mister took over. No longer have air freshners, no towels, nothing like it was. Vacuum are sub par, prices are too high and quality of wash is not good. I don't need fancy colored foam or flashing lights. Won't be back.

I live in Hartselle but I like to use the Decatur location. It does a better job cleaning.nI wish there would be towels for drying and cleaning rags with a cleaner available for customer use to clean the inside. Maybe have a kiosk where customers could rent those supplies for a small fee. Maybe have scent wafers for free as a token of appreciation. My wheels rarely come out clean. If there was a prep area to apply a wheel cleaner and slight scrub before sending them through the wash customers would appreciate that!nThese aren’t complaints, just suggestions. Misters offers a great service that I appreciate.

I bought a membership & I saved money by doing this. It's so cool to drive through & vacuum. My car looks GREAT!
