New car wash does the job fine!! Now if the locals would keep from trashing the vacuum area would be nice

Not bad at all. Thought I could use the vacuum without getting a wash but that's still fine. The main thing I didnt like about the wash was the front bumper was UNTOUCHED AND STILL COVERED IN BUGS, and that makes absolutely no sense at all. Even if it was the basic wash, it should still be cleaned thoroughly. What makes it weird is that was the only part of my car that wasn't clean.

It’s always a pleasure going through Richs Car wash. James is always so nice when I go through there. He remembers me and welcomes me back with a nice wave and smile and that’s what you call good customer service. I’m so glad they’ve opened one close to my home. Best wash AND VACUUMS around.

Great car wash!! The rims didn't get real clean so I asked them for a rag (which other places would have wanted me to buy one) but the attendant gave me one without question. And the free air freshener smells great!!
