Believe it or not, patrons are capable of working the screens themselves. That’s the way it’s designed. Why they wedge a worker between the car and kiosk is beyond me. Especially these days. Otherwise, the car gets clean. Good vacuums.

My first time hear was probably 2 weeks before this time. I was excited cause it was my first time. The wash was great. I had begun vacuuming and all of a sudden it cut off. Idk if my time was out or what. We were told they were working on system.nI feel we should have been told we only had 5 minutes left instead of shutting it down without warning.nToday was greatud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Friendly staff. No complaints with them. I had 2 of my vehicles on the unlimited monthly plan. Over the course of 3 months, more and more swirls in the paint and new dings started appearing. The machines never completely rinse the vehicle either. Always leaves dirty water spots. Very disappointed.

They forgot to remove my antenna. I don't know if they've decided not to do that anymore or they just forgot. It's slightly bent. Still works, though. Other than that, it was fine.
