Worst place to deposit money! I suggest never ever open an account or do MIS KVP etc.nnSTAFF is corrupt, they do work only when they get commission or bribe. Otherwise they throw customer out by shouting at them or by creating unnecessary hurdles. Mr. chauhan at NSC counter will easily do you work when you pay 50₹ extra as his commission/bribe.nnThis is the reality of HEAD POST OFFICE, ETAWAH. I know them since 10 years. Slowly I am transferring everything from here to private bank account.

Very rude staff, there is ticket system about since 3 month but it is not working, don't know why? Staff is very unprofessional.

staff is very rude and pathetic.even agents do not talk properly. nobody in the staff give proper information. all the time they keep on shouting and annoying on customers.nthere is only one counter for deposit and withdrawal.nyou must have whole day for your work.nvery slow working manner.nthey prefer their own known customer first.
