Above and beyond!nnI ordered poinsettias for my mother to add some holiday cheer during this quarantine because I live in another state. The pictures online looked okay at best, but the price was really reasonable compared to those .com flower delivery services. I took a chance and ordered at 10pm on a Wednesday night. My Mom sent me beautiful pictures of her delivered poinsettias by 9am on Thursday morning! Wow, great service. I will continue to use Lutz to bring surprise joy to my Mom.

I picked Lutz Flowers based on the reviews because I was ordering from another state. The order arrived promptly the next day & I was told they were beautiful flowers & a nice basket arrangement. When I questioned the recipient if I should use Lutz again, she said absolutely! I am very satisfied & would recommend.

I sent in a picture and asked for an arrangement similar to the picture! When discussing the details, they provided recommendations that would enhance the display better then the picture that was being shown. They truly delivered! The flowers were beautiful and elegantly decorated! It was absolutely perfect! would highly recommend Lutz Flowers to anyone!

So happy with the service i have received. Im from out of state needed flowers delivered to a funeral i couldn't make. I placed order online nit only did i receive an email conformation they called and spoke with me about details. Then i got a detailed message this morning stating everything was delivered on time. Thanks so much and if ever in the area i will be ordering again.
