My experience with them has been wonderful but only when Pam was working there and our main point of contact. lately pricing is off the charts and it seems like management is prioritizing profits over personal relationships and customer service. Dean F has rubbed me and my family the wrong way.

We recently worked with the Design Center on wedding decorations at St. James Chapel at Quigley in downtown Chicago. The Phillip's team had great ideas for what would work and were able to meet the guidelines set by the church. I live out of State but use this florist as my go to for parents, friends that live in the Westmont area. I can say nothing but Exceptional Product and Service. Just love them. Getting ready to call for holiday orders now.
