Trying to do something a lil different, I ordered a Halloween arrangement. They knocked it out the ballpark! Scored a 100! I'll definitely use them again.

Flowers were delivered after the service was over. Ordered on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery..Driver said he was in traffic. No one called us to apologize or offer another option. Due to COVID we were unable to travel and we were the lone grievers sending flowers. It was heartbreaking for the daughter to be told her mom would have flowers and none were there. She even went back 2 hours later and still none. Disputing this charge with CC and hoping common sense will prevail...This is way too much money to spend for nothing. Like having a wedding cake delivered after the wedding is over.nThey won't even answer the phone to discuss...

Moms birthday ...Called to place an order for flowers spoke with Mary.nShe seemed very tired had troubles understanding me. Was looking for a magenta arrangement mom’s favorite colors . And she requested that I call back Later in the week when they actually had the flowers in the store. I tried explaining to her that that would not be possible as I was unavailable and asked to speak to a manager who could possibly take my order with the understanding that some flexibility had to be put into place given that the flowers were not actually in the store. When I asked to speak to the manager Mary said that there was none there and then she became very helpful wanting to take my order.I said it seems like a lot of nonsense just trying to order an arrangement for my mother for her birthday at which point Mary promptly hung up on me. Two stars because I’ve used them in the past to send flowers to family members with no problem.

Didn't realise the warehouse was so big.Was greeted and helped by Stephanie who chosen beautiful autumn colours for the bouquet I needed and very reasonably priced.I will definetly be a return customer
