A friend sent me flowers, I was so excited to go downstairs and admire my beautiful flowers. Being a special event floral designer, I know how arrangements are made and flower care.nnOf course, I was not expecting anything fancy, it was a cheer up gift, after testing positive for covid.nnI was so surprised to see all the good reviews! The reality was very different!!! This arrangement was made by a very inexperienced person. Most of steams weren't long enough to touch the water. The water was very dirty and so was the vase. Some of the flower were old and damaged.nnNo matter the price paid its a shame the product they send out and have the nerve to charge for it.

Jeff is an amazing human being & he made a customer for life today! It's rare to meet anyone that has true integrity and pride in what they do. Glad I saw this shop while driving by and stopped in.

My new fav flower shop. Great energy. The owner is the best!! Love his charisma and provides the best service you don't find everyday!! I needed last min flower arrangements and he made a beautiful bunch ... exceeded my expectations! I don't buy flowers much but will start now! As long as he is open, he's got you.

I had not received confirmation that my order had been delivered for my friend's birthday as it was getting late in the day. I called to confirm if it would still be going out on time, and they said there had been a glitch in the system that had changed the date to the next day. They were extremely considerate to accommodate to get the order out on the correct date that I had originally chosen. My friend sent me a picture once received, and it looks very beautiful. Excellent service and gorgeous bouquet!

As the owner of Fashion Optical and someone that has high standards esthetics and sense of style, I highly recommend this Florist because for 16 years they our all weekly fresh flowers and all the arrangents for fashion events at the W Hotel. They are absolutely the VERY BEST and they have ceased to amaze me with their beautiful arrangements and superior customer service! If I could I'd rate them as a 5+++ for excellence!
