Indian Trail Self Storage

I came across Indian Trail Self Storage shortly after I moved to North Carolina.. It was brand new and I was actually the first to rent two units. Mike was so helpful in explaining the process as I had never had to rent a storage unit before. He explained everything and gave me the two units together right near the door to come in. That was very helpful when my movers unloaded my things. Since then I have been back and forth and Mike is always there to help or advise. I have always found the facility clean and well lit.

We've been looking for a new place to store our belongings, and we are so very happy to have found Indian Trail Self Storage!!! We got there immediately after work at 5:55pm on Tuesday and Mike wasn't the least bit upset nor did he rush us out the door. He in fact, was the coolest person I've ever dealt with through storage facilities. We're extremely satisfied with the service, the location, the facility is brand new and they have more than one camera. I wish the access stayed open later than nine, but I can live with it without any problems. If you have anything that needs to be stored away, do your self a favor and go see Mike!!!! We were looking for a nearby place to store some extra furniture. This facility is brand new and super clean. The folks are friendly and they're running a 3 month special. What more could you ask for!!!

Convenient n simple storage, quick in n out , drive up unit and light in unit , well pleased
