Walked in and people at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Got me a storage unit on the spot with clear instructions on location, sizes, temperature control, elevator access and more. Has a secure gate with a code, felt safe and was well lit. Good communication via email about getting insurance on record and following up. Even bought a lock there for a reasonable price. All around great experience. Highly recommend.

The agent, named Melvin I believe, is outstanding in every way. He keeps the place clean and is always friendly. The office up front is very well organized and he always has supplies if I need to buy something like boxes. It's a wonderful place.

I've dealt with a lot of storage companies in the past and this one is the best one to rent from. This facility is always clean and I'm always treated really great by the staff. It's conveniently located from my office and home. I definitely will be a repeat customer.
