Very bad service..its one of the most reputed bank but i am not getting service from this bank...nIt took 10days to change my name and open an account in their branch..where i require on urgent basis...nI havnt receive my kit yet ..its more then 20days..nIf we call the employee they are not picking the calls

All staff are too much knowledgeable and helpful, they know how to treat with their customer. Better experienced than other private sector banks in khardah.

Good behaviour of staffs and the branch manager is polite . Staffs does their work properly .
