Well designed entrance with possibilities for people with strollers or other assistance vehicles to enter seamlessly. Beautifully painted building. It is clean everywhere. There is a ticket machine to help people avoid standing in line. Friendly customer service.

In banking section their working progress is very slow. Im waiting half an hour for deposit the money in SSA scheme, just 7person only before me. Don't know what are they doing?.

Worst service ever. 4:30 in the afternoon and they tell me they have no change. Not even bothering with other tellers. The lady that sells stamps does not provide good customer service. Everytime I go she's extremely slow and never smiles. Time to retire.
