The best most professional and speedy fire department! We owe our son’s life to these incredible men that responded to our 911 call! They were so fast and professional. Calming down a frantic mother and did everything right! THANK YOU!!!! We are so lucky to live in & be in Old Town Scottsdale with this fire department to respond to our call. We can’t thank you enough!!!!

This horrible fire department came to my home in the middle of the night when we had no problems and burst into my house simply because my son was sleeping outside on our private patio on the Shays lounge! They do not ring the doorbell they yelled at us as if we were criminals there was no noise we were sound asleep who is extremely disturbing and stressful! There’s no common sense this group is hungry for control!

Went in for a station tour and received a vip tour!!!nThe paramedic crew is awesome!!nWe felt so welcomed.nOur son received a junior firefighter helmet and sticker badge to feel like one of the crew members~
