It's a hospital which must avoided. Despite the fact that the fact that it is one of oldest orthopedic hospital in Rajahmundry (because they where no doctors at that time ). Here you will get medicines from the pharmaceutical company which is owned by the hospital itself and those medicines are prescribed to all patients irrespective of the treatment. Patient care is of least priority here. You can much better care in any other hospital. Posting the review based the experience not to damage the hospital reputation.

Worst hospital i have ever seen. eventhough u come early doctor starts op at 12pm. My turn 18th and called at 2.10. then the real problem starts. The lab reports came at 5pm. Even though they charge higher fees they maintains paper slips. Lab reports also manually written. no drinking water Nothing. You have to spend ur whole day here itself

I do not recommend this hospital. Right from the entrance to washrooms, cleanliness has not been maintained well. The courtesy of the staff with patients is very poor. There is no point in taking an appointment coming early in the morning at 10. I came to this hospital for a general knee pain, and I had to spend my entire day just to find out that the pain is a casual one. The reception staff will not answer to patients nor there is a proper queue as per numbering. The patience of the patient will be tested once the sample is collected for reports. There is no exact estimation on when the report will be issued or when the consultation will happen. Even though it is a private hospital, it stands next to government one. That is my own experience. Anyways it may differ from one patient to other. Good luck in waiting.nnWhat is the one most important thing which you can give to your patients ? Or What is the one thing which distinguishes your hospital from others ? May be treatment, but in this digital age you can do more along with that . Firstly teach the staff some hospitality and manners. Secondly please respect your patient's time. This is not a picnic spot where a patient can come in the morning and spend a day in an entertaining way. This is a request from my side to the management.Thanks.
