No basic facilities like internet and AC for the tarrif charged Rs 3500 per night. Room service is pathetic. Intercom doesn't work. Reception number 9 never picks the call. Room service doesn't know how to address guest problems. Only 1 lift works in the hotel. Parking is also not available during day time.Overall experience is horrible.

Nice ambience and good service . Staff are well behaved . Serve both veg and non veg food . Lot of options are available in both veg and non veg .

As far Kurnool is concerned, this is the most upscale hotel of the city but definitely not maintained as per the requirements. We had booked a twin bed room but upon checkin the room which we were given had a very bad odour so we requested to get the room changed. We were upgraded to an executive room upon request. The rooms are kind of dark as there are no enough lights & the rooms feel a lot darker even with all the lights on. There are no windows or balcony on offer. The room service isn’t very prompt too, 2 Towels were missing, had to call up the receptionist to arrange for them but they were able to provide just 1. They have an in house restaurant & the food is good & tasty. The hotel is situated in a shopping mall building so you might miss it while searching. The reception is also located inside the underground parking lot, really not a very ideal place for a reception to be in. The checkin process was smooth though. They accept bookings from Goibibo & MakeMyTrip only.
