I called them from Delhi to request for flower delivery in Kolkata.nOn one instance they cited that their owner is out for lunch and would connect back with me once he's back, which they never did and all my attempts at connecting with them failed thereon.nOn another instance they refused delivery to Survey Park, despite their office being close by.nI found the store unprofessional and unreliable.
