Ordered a photo cake for mother's birthday. Cake was delivered damaged. The delivery boy entered apartment premises providing a FAKE contact number. When we called him back immediately after delivery, number was non existent. FnP customer care kept on saying they will resolve and arrange a redelivery same day. Almost around evening when we followed up they said they could not commit to a redelivery on the same day. I am still waiting for a refund, but no confirmation so far. 1 star as zero star option is unavailable.

I'd called them from Delhi for flower delivery in Kolkata. It was an urgent request. I was asked to WhatsApp the details to the one who had answered my call. But there was no acknowledgement thereafter.nI would've expected them to confirm that they possibly couldn't commit to the delivery without making me wait for them to acknowledge my request.nI eventually had to reach out to a different branch of Ferns and Petals, despite this one being closer to my location of delivery.
