Absolute Disgusting service! Doesn't deserve a single star! It takes them more than 24 hrs. Some times 3-4days to identify and rectify a problem! I think laziest people work here! If your household does not have a inverter, your daily life will be miserable. Especially for students and homemakers! Power cut could be experienced all the time more than 24 times in 24hrs! Even in a normal day that is free of rain, hailstones, storm etc. Talking of rain! If a slight shower occurs, power cut is compulsory!! Compared to other Towns of assam, North Lakhimpur has worst power supply!

Lazy staff, dont want to work, jst sitting n enjoying the perks of having a govt job without any dedication to work. One last thing - dont depend on electricity people to solve ur problem related to electricity.

Very bad sirvice. Specially in Sunday electricity attend our area for a hour in every Sunday. Very poor wire connection. Too short electric posts. Very bad quality wires and transformar. Very low voltage specially in night. (I request that please add tall electric post in every area) the office's position is very good.
