Poor staff, poor service, staff behave like VIP to the customersnAfterall, a govt sector these services were expected.nThe generation is moving fast but because of few outdated people working there are harpering the reputation of the bank.nNot expected totally disappointed

Don't like the behavior of the officials. Grade 4 staff and other two higher official staff are OK. Means good staff percentage is 20% only. 80% staff don't know proper behaviour.

Quite busy throughout the day. Clean and nicely maintained. No elevator only staircase.
