Amazing hotel and service. The home made ice cream is a must. Mouth watering falafal should not be skipped

We Stayed in room number 516 for 2 days in Room number 516(actually attending a wedding). When we checked in there were no towels in the room. They gave it after 4 hours. I was not on official leave as such needed a pen. Asked for it twice but did not recieve it. On the day of check out asked for an extra towel(we were staying with our baby).They refused saying they did not have towels. This is not the kind of service we expect from hotels of your stature.
