The service level of vikash is very very poor. I have visited vikash hospital with my father to consulting the Nephrologist doctor on dt 6 sept 2020. Doctor behavior is very well but the staff nurse and other staff behavior is very rudely. Pathology department service disasters. No value of time for them. They told at the time of testing that it will take 1 hour but after 3 haours also report not provided. Can i say vikash running like any charity hospital . in govt hospital the service level is far better than vikash.

No facility for emergency attendor. Not even toilet facilities. Where will the attendor go. Due to corona only one person can go inside. Please make some arrangements of fan outside the emergency side. People are blaming you. As you are taking heavy amount you should make some arrangements.
