Dear owner of hospital, It seems that, you are not conscious about improvement for facilities and eradicate of the problems nuisance that is happening with the customer/patient due to x of reason, simply you are replying like a nonsense on the public domain and not interested to develop yourself. Try is admit the the genuine feedback and work on it to get it for beneficial for patient or else you can see the ongoing downgrade of the organisation which is only due to the lovely public whose trust, satisfaction could make this happen.. Please please don’t send your loved one to this hospital, I lost my father here, in 2 days they killed him, no proper care, not transparent at all, you will be at dark. Senior doctors are not available only junior / trainee doctors are available with no experience of handling patients. I have doubt the ventilators they are using are working or these are just dummy boxes. Never never bring your loved one to here, I can only warn you so that no one else fall prey to their jumla of icu available

The Hospital is a very bad & no humanity hospital. The hospital is only in the process encashing the opportunity of Covid 19 & money making. My father had a very bad experience & the treatment is not upto the standard. The Sun Hospital should be avoided by as many as possible. Regards

I curse this hospital.In the name of covid they gave ventilator to my uncle without my aunt's permission. No seniors doctors available Amateur paramedics staff No clarity and no transparency in the system. Listen Sun hospital I am very small person to go against you ,but I pray and I curse to you and your doctor for the kind of ill treatment,you did to your patients , you will pay for it one day ...maribaa maghia , poka joka nka bhalia maribaa...
