It's a good hospital. I have visited many times to treat myself and my relatives. It's a nice hospital at easy access. The service is excellent. The staff are cordial, the food is good. Thanks to Dr.Dhir for making the health care service at affordable price.All the best to Sparsh and thanks to all the staff members.

The Worst hospital ever. If you have money to waste then go there. They're money minded. They keep normal patient in ICU and started asking to deposit money. ICU doctor is also very rude. Don't know how, when and what to talk with patients. You can find specialist name only on board hanging on wall. But in real not a single specialist come to visit patient. It's been 7 days my patients is in ICU. Till now no improvement. We don't know what to do. Now doctors are becoming criminals. But the problem is you can't gather evidence against them as in ICU you can't take any equipment with you to record their actions, behavior with patients. They are threatening to family of patients that we are doctors we can do anything and you can't prove it. There should some enforcement/force to conduct raid / secret visit on these hospitals to verify and take action against them. Worst hospital worst hospital worst hospital.

This is a relatively small but good hospital for any general or specialised health care requirement . This speciality of the hospital is the AOI(oncology) unit that cater to the holistic needs and render exclusive best in class treatment for various types of cancer patients. To their credit they have one of the best and experienced doctors of medical oncology in our state as well as eastern India Dr Ghanshyam Biswas sir who is leading and mentoring it treating thousands of patients with his expertise. All the doctors under him are sincere ,compassionate ,caring and attentive to the patients. The nursing staff are courteous ,professional ,skillfull ,well spoken so as the supporting staffs profesional in handling queries and counselling. would strongly recommend anybody needing support in the field of medical oncology should get advise or treated here .Any ways there are always scope for improving and I sincerely hope they keep improving and garner more trust and efficiency in coming days . Today i.e., 18.11.2020, Dr Sutapa Biswas has conducted FNAC test of my wife Mrs Manisha Mohanty after drawing fluid from the cysts developed in her Breast, which is really commendable. The report generated at their level is very much timely. The cooperation extended by the staff of the hospital is very much satisfactory. Such type of approach should be continued to garner the confidence of the patient in future.

Hospital management is not good towards patient service. As a private hospital they need to improve there service. I have bad experience towards service.
