On 16th sep 2020,my old aged mother visit there for her blood pressure treatment and take the appointment of Dr V Mohanty,cardiologist with depositing fees(Rs750/-).after various tests,the doctor prescribed some new medicines and stop all continual medicines which were prescribed by other doctor since 2months back.after taking new medicines she did not feel comfortable,she contact doctor over Phone on 19th sep 2020,he replied you deposit the fees(Rs750/-) once again then only I can treat you. This is the humanity of that doctor.why should a person go to that ultimate medicare for treatment ? Completely money minded.

It's a nice hospital. Nursing staff are very professional and well behaved. All other support services and related staff are doing their duty with utmost care. My mother has been admitted under observation of Dr. Sarat Sahoo, Cardiac Department. He is a nice gentleman and cordial. I salute the hospitality of such a nice hospital. My best wishes.

I don't even want to give a single star, I am from a medical field myself, and I am ashamed to see their management. My grandfather expired post treatment over here, hefty money was charged. But atleast after all this, all we expected was to take him post death, and they stopped us from taking with the reason that they havent done the insurance work, and even though we offered the money directly they didn't let us take him. I have never seen such horrible management where you have to fight so much even after paying the amount without questioning and not even judging the treatment. If you care for your family, don't bother coming to this hospital.

I don't know if it is a hospital or not!! We prise doctor for their contribution but I don't find any kind of contribution of the doctors there. Rather you have to contribute a large chunk of ur pocket without any satisfaction. They think disease is a money making Machine for them. Very business minded people. Very rude behaviour of their staff. Don't go. Choose AIIMS bbs for better treatment.

I wish I could give a negative star to this hospital. I would never recommend admitting here if you love your family. Here are the details we faced- We admitted our grandfather who was possibly suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma. Point 1 - he was 80+ years old.. the doctor premanand Pattnaik took him for surgery in a day without any second opinion or plan being shared. He died 2 days after surgery of septicemia induced due to surgery. We don't even know if the doctors have shared all details truthfully, the first suspicion being why was a person so old taken for surgery.. he might have survived at least 5-6 months on chemo Point 2 - he died at 5pm on Sunday, the administration was no where to listen and said the insurance approval needs 4-5 days until when the body needs to be kept in mortuary. The corporate billing manager Smitarani Sahoo refused to take calls and didn't even listen to our repeated requests! And this when the insurance is cashless cover for 10Lakh!! If this is the way a hospital treats patients when they are in emotional distress then what can common man expect!
