It’s a hospital where patients along with the companions are bound to suffer. They don’t have any process, staffs and Administrations are full of careless folks. For CT scan which was done 5 days back, they made me a wait 11am to 4 pm just to get a printout of the report. Finally you won’t believe I returned empty handed 😡😡😡😡. Planning to sue this fraud Hospital where only business matters.

Great ambiance. Very caring nursing staff. Experienced doctors. Clean and hygienic rooms. Expenses much low compared to other hospitals. Majestic view of the Bharatpur forests. Thanks to the Utkal hospital team.

Very bad and poor experience. I wish I would give negative rating. the nursing staff are worst and don't even attend the patient. they don't sanitize the room when my father was to arrive in room after operation. They just suck money with worst service. In this Covid situation the hospital should take utmost care and responsibilities. But this is the situation of Odisha's hospital. Seriously disappointed. Please I request higher authority to take serious action against the nursing staff's behaviour and responsibilities. Worst!! Worst!! Worst!!

Well organised and hygienic hospital. With well behave staffs and facilities. Best doctors and nurses and 24*7 service. Ready for help with whole heart and care.

Nice service and Behavior also Treatment also good. Doctors service towards patients also fast and excellent Diagnosis. But Billing counter OPD billing very slow , they take 30 minutes or more for OPD billing and Blood test,CT scan billing very slow. Kindly upgrade registration counter so that quick service will be available to Public.
