It is one of the great places for students of mass communication who want to undergo Post graduation diploma in English and Odia Journalism. The institute is situated at hill just adjacent to KP Singh Deo's palace. It has scenic beauty and the campus is lush green. Lord Hanuman ji's statue is situated just on the hill of the institute. It takes almost 10-15 minutes to reach the temple walking through the not much treaded path.
