Avoid calling them. Their service has worsened over the years. I called them to arrange flight ticket for my brother Delhi - Perth. The sales woman who picked my phone, did spoke to me politely, took all the details of passenger and promised me to call back after checking the flight ticket details in next 15 mins. It's been over 10 days now. She never called back with flight details.

Very bad experience with Fcm. I visited Europe in June 2019 and unfortunately chose FCM for making lovely trip. Till departure date they failure to prepare itinerary. When we reached Zurich airport we had to wait more than one hour for coach and tour guide with small kids. Coach also not installed GPS and driver was untrained. Late night at interlaken driver and tour guide taken 2 hour for searching hotel location. Without dinner we reached at hotel. Expect Cruise all tour was waist of money and time . It's too long story of our trip. I advice everyone if possible never choose FCM.
