ICICI Bank itself is a third rated un-professional bank. Customer service staff have half knowledge and if you are a NRI, they take you for granted.nIn case of emergency to contact the Branch manager, Mayur Vihar Delhi I had to go thru customer service and never I could talk to the Br head. Finally I found the branch manager number of Mangalore branch who helped me. The then manager created my accounts under different customer id to show he has so many accounts and now the useless so called professionals are not able to club the accounts under one id

Pathetic staff.uncourteous and not helpful. They should learn fro other private banks of they have to be relevant .but I guess they don't want to learn due to the arrogance being big ..sjpjod not visit the branch if not critical

Useless staff. Went to the branch three times to apply for a debit card for my NRO account. Each time I spent 1-2 hours at the bank, but they still didn’t do the job. They were mostly interested in selling me their investment plans. One time they didn’t have the photocopier working, so it took them for ever to take photocopy of my passport. After two weeks they sent a notification that my checkbooks are ready for pickup (which I didn’t order). Then they told me that they can’t find my passport copy and that I need to bring the original passport again. Then they told me that they can’t process the request as a customer id needed to be setup and that I needed to come in person again. At that point (having been in the branch three times already) I gave up. I had no clue what the female rep was talking about. If there was any issue, they should have caught it while I wasted so much of my time at the branch. I was in India for three weeks and could not accomplish a simple task! I am now considering moving to a different bank. And these people wanted me to invest in their investment plans!! Jokers.
