Despite giving all papers needed for a currency exchange they could not issue me 500 euros. They needed duration of the 2 year course for which I gave them university certicate showing four semesters. But they wanted exact dates, so I gave them email converation between me and the university telling abou the end date of course. Still they could not act. Super Weird. I was in touch with Neha Kuria (Thomas Cook - Greater Kailash) who just followed her bosses's orders and became unfriendly toward the end of call. I asked her to let me talk to her boss but her boss did not agree to. Won't recommend Thomas Cook to anyone in such cases.

Pathetic pathetic service! Don't ever go here....5 days old bookings not being fulfilled in more than 2 hours, just keep waiting like sitting ducks!

Immensely mismanaged place. Had to visit personally 3 times, instead of what shouldve been a single visit. Their telephonic support guy told us to go visit this place multiple times promising our forex would be available, but turns out this store didn't actually have it.

Polite staff many options but not the cheapest and if you cancel due to any reason you loose most of the money
