Average budget hotel suitable for a short stay. However, the commode flush was weak and doesn't do its job. The old TV doesn't work or at best, its display is fuzzy. The other room's washroom is right behind the wall almirah, separated by a frosted glass ventilator, and you can hear the next door tenant clearly. The cordial staff and neat location are major plusses.

Location is good but the hotel is too shabby. The curtains and walls of this hotel are such a turn off. Price is also high compared to their standards. Their food is disgusting and most of the things in the room doesn't work . Things like running hot water and tv is listed in the facilities but it's not there. The tv doesn't work and water was never hot in my 3 nights stay. At the end of the day, it's delhi and things are obviously expensive. On the bright side you have a metro station in 5 minutes of travel. The room rent starts at 1000 + , cleanliness is satisfactory .

Very homely safe & secure guest house,The price is also unbeatable in South Delhi,I recommend to travellers to stay in itt inn and feel home away from home.
