Very good place with excellent service. I stayed here for 7 days during quarantine and I must comment on their food and service. Though the menu was limited, due to the situation, the food was delicious. The service was also prompt, despite the fact that there were too many guest and the delivery was door to door. Staffs very cooperative and I had a relaxing 7 day quarantine here and I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

It was my first visit to Taj palace. I must say it's more than worth. The property,hospitality ,services.Staff behaviour attitude and dedication towards guets are mind blowing. Food quality is out of world which put my taste into next level. I loved it and would love to visit again.

Stayed in the hotel for 7 days and the rooms were well maintained and neat.nBut the quality of food they are providing is really bad.I complained to the desk about the food and they call me back and asking what would I like to have. After ordering some of my choices that they said they would send to me for lunch on the same day,but couldn’t received it.nThey called me again asking ‘are you satisfied with the food now‘,which I never had.nnFor a hotel like Taj palace, you would expect some quality but I got really disappointed about the way they handling my complaints.Feels like there is no Coordination between different department on the hotel.nnWhen the customer complaints,take it seriously and take some actions quickly.

Amazing hotel with world class facilities.nFrom morning breakfast to dinner.Atnthe top of a semicircular staircase, one of the city's more remarkable lobbies dazzles with marble and brass.
