My mother traveled on 13/10/2020, from Baroda to pune, but due to engine failure at लोनावाला Road, गुजरात travel driver as well as other staff, they drop all passengers at katraj ghat, without any further support for reach to final destination at pune, my mother is 68 years old, and she suffered alot, they dint even stop for any refreshment, its pathetic to travel with Gujarat travels, I personally advise, do not use gujarat travels services for any destination, they always use non maintained vehicles.

One of the dirtiest, disgusting buses to travel on.nStinking, uncomfortable, no privacy the curtains are full of dust and full of dirt.nMy suggestion to any of you save your money,nAnd urge any of you, to not to travel in Gujarat travels.

The services are really fantastic. The buses are totally clean, and if you book a bus to Pune or other cities in premium class, then you'll get some light snacks in the morning.
