Here is my experience.nI arranged my appointment from usa as it was last moment issue in my 2019 macbook , battery started to swelling n made me a lot worried.nAs i knew vadodara is the only option i had , i quickly searched for apple service , ( with ivenus i already had pathetic experience in 2017) ,nSo i tried this service station on my friend's recommendation n bull's eye .nI met Mr. Parvez who is working with apple past 8-10 years .. i explained him everything n shared my last experience with ivenus , n he understood everything n handle my situation calmly as i was disappointed with 4 months mac already n was angry.nHe was very transperant on everything he said .nI submitted my macbook on 26/12/2019 , he said it should take 10-12 days .nAs we all know about protocols they have to follow with such a big brand to be sure on genuine problems.nOn 30/12/2019 afternoon he called me to update me that whole bottom part of my Mac has been replaced , it was super quick n smooth .nI strongly recommend this facility of apple service.nJust too good .
