Lemon Tree Hotel Vadodara

Overall good. They followed proper safety protocols. Rooms could have been a little more cleaner.

I have always preferred Lemon Tree properties in the last couple of years. While they have put a lot of safeguards in place in post covid scenario, a couple of things have been over done. Elevators have been closed and hence stairs are the only option for ex. Also Rooms are totally striped bare and amenities updated only after guest arrival. For some strange logic they have also stopped quilts and only providing basic bedsheets. Pl check on these amenities before booking....

Recommended place to stay when in city... Service is average... May be due impact of covid staff is less. Overall experience is good

Very bad servicesn1. Utterly untidy and not at all cleann2.Rooms not cleaned . Was told that during covid 19 rooms will not be cleaned . Even the leftover food was not collected . During the covid period rooms should been cleaned for the safety of the guests.nGuests were therefore exposed to complete risksn3. Food quality was good but the rates were more than double compared to similar 3 star hotels.nOwing to the above we had to immediately shift to another nearby hotel

Facilities doesn't meet prices. For everything of general use you have ask like water, cleaning or can say basic amenities. I'll never recommend to anyone. Very poor response and services.
