Worst bank and even worst branch . No knowledge about loans and service is pathetic

Put your branch contact number so that many can save their time by just phone call and need not to visit the branch personally.

Good staff but no any proper knowledge of work.nSpecially about Home loan & all.nWhere to go, when work end, when we have to come again, what documents needed., etc no idea to bank staff.nMostly they reffer Himmatnagar branch.nThen what work of this branch.ud83dude00

Very slow...during cash deposite they run only one counter so long que of customer seen many times.nSuggestion : Put deposite machine which save ICICI & Customer time.

Very bad servicenOnly one Cashier in banknI will waiting last 1 hours but one customer have big amount so we will waiting and still have waiting
