Got my baleno service done..nWas not sure after reaching the palace as the loook of service centre is highly unlikely of a nexa service centre.. however the service manager mr vikas Bishnoi was really cordial. However the service done was not as per my expectations. And then there was a fault of my car steering which was since the day I bought it. Though I was not satisfied by the looks of the service station and thus I was literally turned off by the solution given for my steeering which was a manufacturing defect and then the type of service done.. however mr bishnoi ensured that all my concerns were answered and my issues were resolved amicably and he ensured that my steering is mended as per manufacturing defect case and he even picked up the car nexxt day to ensure proper service ..nSo giving 5 stars for mr bishnoi.
