very bad experience from SBI. Branch manager is very rude in behavior ,serves like we are his servent .Staffs are not cooperative. They come to work when they wish and most of time they go for rest and we wait in queue for long time. One of the staff in counter3 directly refuse to transfer money to other SBI account.why he said this god know. They are not even ready to update passbook.worst service from SBI.

Not that much helpful staffs. Place is not cleaned every time. I was there 2 years before. To deposit a few amount of money, I wait for 3 hours in a line. There were lots of staffs, but they are talking with each other in fun and the simple answer is "server down." I don't know they were talking about which server they were talking about, the SBI server or the internet service provider. Maximum time, it's a problem of every bank, that server down. Till now, I couldn't understand, why they hadn't changed the service provider till date.
