Domino's Pizza

Excellent service. They will go out if their way to serve you timely and the best. Recently placed a special request on delivery but some miscommunication happened. They went out if their to send over the rectified order within half an hour. The manager himself called to make sure he gave us the best of service. Excellent staff and service. Kudos.

Pizzas are yum.. but services are too late

Pizza is good not so great. The customer is the worst in this world. Just the worst!!!!

I got the order today after 2.5hrs of ordering. Ordered at 7PM and got it delivered just now that is 9:30pm. The food is totally cold. I ordered for keema do pyaza pizza but they delivered something else. I know because I ordered keema do pyaza many times before. Please check the attached image. Moreover, I ordered for taco. They did not even call me to inform that the item is not available but after 2hrs of waiting the delivery guy came and told me that taco is not available and I can bring and deliver it tomorrow. The pizza and the other add ons are so cold that we will have to warm it and then have after waiting for so many hrs. If this is the kind of service dominos is offering, people will totally stop ordering. The order showed delivered at 7:15 but it is actually delivered at 9:30PM. No phone  number of the delivery guy was provided and the store did not at all pick the call. It was continuously busy. They lifted the receiver and kept. This is not the first time that this outlet did this with us. I had the same experience with my last order too. What kind of trick is this? Who will be responsible for this harrasment? I will post this everywhere. Every social media platform possible. My order number is 112 Can strict steps be taken against this outlet? What about the item which I did not receive because of non availability? They said refund is also not possible.
