I had to go multiple times but the mostly women staff is very professional, co-operative and I am really impressed with the Himachal model of banking. I think the two ladies involved in opening bank accounts are really knowledgeable, sweet and nice.nnThe security staff was third grade and that's not a surprise in a government bank.nnOverall, I am very satisfied with SBI, Solan. SBI, Manali experience was so poor. Thanks.

Had horrible experience. Staff here is very rude with customers. They work according to their convince n time and they are highly unprofessional. They don't believe in customer service, they believe in troubling customers.

I was having a joint account with my mother and we wanted to close that down, the official said that application in person with signature of me and my mother won't work but your son also needs to send an email for account closure. They are just harrasing public. Shame on you.

The contact number provided here is fraud, and the official contact number of sbi solan mall branch is not working. Worst experience ever.

Not supported staff.... crowded ATM....before and after lunch time or closing time staff get frustrated......always avoided to go there....
